Meghan Walsh, executive director of the Academic Advising and Career Development Center at St. Norbert College, has been named a 2025 Future 15 recipient by the Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce.
The Future 15 award recognizes emerging leaders who demonstrate a strong commitment to Greater Green Bay through civic and business involvement, as well as a dedication to strengthening the region’s quality of life and retaining young talent.
"The Greater Green Bay community has been incredibly welcoming and offers so many meaningful opportunities to serve," Walsh said. "In every space I’m part of, I can identify ways for SNC students to work, engage or give back. It’s truly rewarding to be part of a community that is growing, thriving, and actively opening doors for young professionals."
At St. Norbert College, Walsh leads a team of professional academic advisors and career counselors who support students throughout their four-year experience, guiding them as they earn a degree and discern a meaningful vocation. Her work reflects the college’s mission to educate the whole person and prepare graduates for lives of purpose and leadership.
Walsh’s impact extends beyond campus. She has been actively involved in community organizations focused on ending the generational cycle of addiction and served on the boards of youth arts organizations. She is also a member of the Curriculum Committee for Leadership Green Bay, a program that explores the key issues shaping the community and quality of life. In the coming decade, Walsh remains committed to helping college students navigate their futures while contributing to a thriving Greater Green Bay community.
"SNC is a truly special place, and I love coming to campus each day ready to serve our students as they grow, flourish and ultimately help make our world a better place," Walsh added.
Walsh recently appeared on The 2Knight Show, and shared how students are more than their majors and their futures are more than job titles, emphasizing how career development at St. Norbert focuses on connecting passions to professions and majors to mission so graduates can make a meaningful difference in the world.
The Future 15 honor follows Walsh’s recognition as an Insight Publications 40 Under 40 award recipient in 2024. She will be formally recognized alongside fellow Future 15 recipients at an awards ceremony in March.Related News
