Popular SearchesNewsSNC provides campuswide access to Hallow prayer app Posted on May. 29, 2026St. Norbert College has announced that all students, faculty, and staff have free access to Hallow, a popular prayer and meditation app, as part of a new initiative to support spiritual growth across campus.
The app offers guided prayer, Scripture reflections, meditation exercises, and opportunities for quiet contemplation. College leaders say the new offering aligns closely with SNC’s Catholic identity and commitment to forming students both academically and spiritually.“At the heart of who we are as a campus is a shared desire to grow, not just academically, but spiritually,” said Rev. Matthew Dougherty, O. Praem., Special Assistant to the President for Mission Integration. “We’re excited to see how this strengthens not only individual faith, but our community as a whole.”
President Laurie Joyner shared her enthusiasm for the new partnership, noting her personal experience with the app.
“It has created space in my day to reflect and grow in my faith,” said President Joyner. “And what surprised me most is how it extended beyond just me. My family is spread out across the country, and we’ll often use the same prayers or reflections. It’s become a simple but powerful way for us to stay connected and grounded in our faith together.”
Hallow is designed to help users incorporate prayer into their daily routines. The College offers this gift in the hope that it deepens prayer, strengthens faith, and draws the St. Norbert College community ever closer to God and one another!
