De Pere: The St. Norbert College Music Department presents Winter Bandfest 2004 Feb. 21-22 in the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts. The Feb. 21 concert will begin at 4 p.m. and features the St. Norbert College Concert Band and Jazz Ensemble, and the Feb. 22 concert will begin at 2 p.m. and feature the St. Norbert College Wind Ensemble and High School Bandfest Band.
