The St. Norbert College Water Ski and Wakeboard Club will hold a cable wakeboarding competition on Saturday, April 28, at the Nordic Wake Park in Mt. Morris, Wis. Registration will be open from 9-11 a.m. with the competition beginning at noon.

The competition will be divided into three skill levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three riders in the advanced division.

Entrance to the park is $20 dollars, and an additional $20 entry fee is required for those participating in the competition. The competition will benefit the St. Norbert College Water Ski and Wakeboard Club to help offset expenses for the upcoming season.

Cable wakeboarding involves the rider being towed by a cable and pulley system instead of by a boat.
