Dr. Mary Oling-Sisay, vice president for student affairs and dean of students at St. Norbert College, has been named president of Wisconsin Women in Higher Education Leadership (WWHEL).

Oling-Sisay, previously WWHEL vice president, assumes the title from departing president Dr. Rita Cheng, who has been named chancellor at Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

WWHEL provides opportunities for networking, information sharing and support for women in leadership, and encourages women faculty and staff to pursue leadership positions.
