De Pere: St. Norbert College student Christopher Powers will present his senior vocal recital Friday, Nov. 19 at 3 p.m. in the Walter Theatre, Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts. The senior recital is part of the fulfillment for the music degree. The recital is free and open to the public.
