De Pere: St. Norbert College is hosting a presentation on Public Diplomacy Wednesday, March 31 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fort Howard Theatre, F.K. Bemis International Center. The presentation is the final lecture in the Great Decisions series. The national program is intended to bring together local, regional and national experts in an 8-week lecture series devoted to international politics, economics and culture. St. Norbert College is hosting the public event for the 18th year in northeastern Wisconsin.
