Jennifer Allen is the new director of the St. Norbert Fund for the college's advancement office.

Allen holds a B.A. in psychology and Spanish from Beloit College and a master's degree in business administration from Cardinal Stritch University. She has spent the last five years serving in the advancement office at Beloit College.

Allen's experience with annual giving, phonathons, major gifts and comprehensive campaigns will be assets in her new role at St. Norbert College.

Allen started her position Aug. 16.
