Arthur Cyr, the director of the international business center at Carthage College, will discuss private philanthropy on Wednesday, April 2 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fort Howard Theatre, Bemis International Center at St. Norbert College.

The presentation is a part of the national Great Decisions lecture series, an eight-week program discussing international issues of interest to the community.
