St. Norbert College celebrates Black History Month

De Pere: St. Norbert College will celebrate Black History Month in February with a panel discussion Feb. 19, a performance by the Harlem Gospel Choir Feb. 26, and the annual Soul Food Dinner with keynote speaker Cee Cee Michaela Feb. 28. All events are open to the public.
