DE PERE: St. Norbert College announced that Adam Frazier (Green Bay) is the recipient of the William E. Dargan Fellow for 2005/06. Frazier will receive a scholarship of $4000 from the William D. Dargan Fellowship, created by alumni to honor the retired professor and his 30 years of service to the college.
