DE PERE: St. Norbert College presents the spring instrumental jazz concert Friday, April 22 at 7:30 p.m. in the Walter Theatre, Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts. The concert will feature the St. Norbert College Jazz Ensemble, Ashwaubenon High School
