Meredith Pointer will present a junior saxophone recital at St. Norbert College at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 21. The recital will take place at Dudley Birder Hall on the college campus, and is free and open to the public.

Pointer hails from Madison, and is a student of John Salerno, adjunct assistant professor of music at St. Norbert College. She will be accompanied by Mary Slavek and assisted by Tanner Lundquist and Elaine Moss. The recital will feature works by Wolfgang Jacobi, Georges Bizet, Gabriel Faur, Joan Trimble, Charles Koechlin, Eric Ewazen and Warren Benson.
