DE PERE: Reverend James T. Baraniak, O.Praem., has been appointed to serve as pastor of Old St. Joseph Church at St. Norbert College and St. Norbert College Campus Ministry, effective July 25, 2004, the Feast of Saint James. The appointment was announced by the Most Rev. David A. Zubik, bishop of Green Bay, in consultation with the Right Rev. Gary J. Neville, O.Praem., abbot of St. Norbert Abbey.

As pastor of Old St. Joseph Church, Fr. Baraniak will assume the duties of director of St. Norbert College Campus Ministry. Fr. Baraniak succeeds Father Brian J. Prunty, O. Praem., who will resume medical ministry at Cook County Jail in Chicago.
