John Gard, the Republican candidate for the 8th Congressional District, and Phil Montgomery, the Republican incumbent for the 4th Assembly District, will hold a Town Hall meeting at the Ray Van Den Heuvel Family Campus Center Lounge at St. Norbert College on Thursday, Oct. 30 at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
