Todd Kelsey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Plexus Corp. Plexus is a $4B global enterprise with 20,000 employees across 7 countries (US, Mexico, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Romania, UK), generating well over half its revenue internationally. It is a global leader that specializes in serving customers in markets with highly complex products and demanding regulatory requirements. Plexus partners with companies to help create the products that build a better world, by designing, manufacturing and servicing some of the world's most transformative products for leading OEMs in the Healthcare/Life Sciences, Aerospace/Defense and Industrial markets. Todd assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer in 2016. Prior to that, Todd held the positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Global Customer Services and Senior Vice President of Engineering Solutions, among others. He joined Plexus in 1994 as a Design Engineer in the Engineering Solutions group.

Through his experiences, Todd has developed a strong background in talent development, human capital management, international business, information technology, automation, operations, supply chain, product development, finance, corporate governance and strategy. This diverse experience has helped him to become a visionary and inspirational leader who, as CEO, established a new vision for Plexus that serves as the foundation for its global culture, empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. He is highly strategic and focused, intentionally ensuring a clear strategy that drives focus and discipline throughout the organization.

Beyond his executive leadership at Plexus, Todd has served on multiple corporate and community boards including the Vice Chair of the Board and Audit Committee Chair for Steelcase Inc., a global provider of workplace products, furnishings and services. He is currently Vice Chair of the Board for Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce. Todd earned a BS and an MS in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
