Ethical Leadership

This course examines the fundamental principles and theories that underpin business ethics, and the application of ethical principles and values to
decision making within organizations. This course also investigates the impact that individuals, groups, and structures have on organizations.
Students will consider how to apply such knowledge toward improving the effectiveness of organizations and the satisfaction of organizational
stakeholders. Topics include individual differences, motivation, group dynamics, decision making, and leadership. Restrictions: sophomore standing and above.
