Managerial Accounting

The course includes managerial information for planning, controlling and decision-making. Cost concepts and behaviors are studied and used for product costing in job order and standard costing systems and for performance evaluation, tactical and budgeting decisions. The emphasis is on the use of accounting information by managers. This course is not open to accounting majors. Prerequisites: ACCT 205.
