Interests

This has led to work on the topics of positive and negative extra-role behaviors, unethical workplace behavior, social processes and emotions in the workplace, and workgroup diversity. This work has included experimental studies and field studies, as well as analysis of data from professional sports leagues.

Publications

Licht’s scholarship has been published in peer-reviewed journals including Personnel Psychology and The CASE Journal.
