St. Norbert College will kick off the new school year on Sunday, Aug. 29, with a number of activities that will offer the whole college community an opportunity to come together to celebrate the start of a new school year. Faculty, students and staff, along with their families, can enjoy the following:

3 p.m. Mass of the Holy Spirit. (Outside on the lawn in front of the Campus Center. Rain site is Old St. Joseph Church).

5:45 p.m. Faculty/staff robing; first-year students line up for convocation procession.

6 p.m. College-wide Convocation with President Brian Bruess opening remarks. (Lawn in front of the Campus Center. Rain site is Walter Theatre in Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts.)

6:30 p.m. Picnic; concert provided by RPM at the Campus Center.

8:30 p.m. Fireworks (Weather permitting)
