St. Norbert College students, faculty and staff raised more than $55,000 for the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin at the college’s seventh annual Dance Marathon event
on Saturday, Nov. 9.

Dance Marathon is an entirely student-run fundraiser that is planned and managed by a student organization on behalf of the Children’s Miracle Network. At 13.1 hours,

the event is the hourly equivalent of half a running marathon’s distance (26.2 miles). Participants remained on their feet for the duration of the marathon and heard from
local families whose children have been treated at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.

All proceeds and donations generated by the event go directly to the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
