For the first concert of its 2018-2019 season, St. Norbert Abbey’s Canon John O. Bruce Memorial Organ Concert Series presents organist Jens Korndörfer on Saturday, October 20, at 2 p.m. in the Church of St. Norbert Abbey, 1016 N. Broadway, De Pere, Wis. The concert is open to the public and is a free will offering.

Korndörfer is director of worship and the arts and organist at First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta, and instructor for organ at Georgia State University and Agnes Scott College.

He graduated with top honors from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris, the Oberlin Conservatory, the Musikhochschule in Bayreuth and McGill University in Montreal. His teachers include Olivier Latry, Michel Bouvard, James David Christie and Ludger Lohmann.
