Benedictine nun and theological writer Sister Joan Chittister, along with Breanna Mekuly, St. Norbert College class of 2012, will give a joint lecture and discussion

Tuesday, April 17, from 6:30 to 9 p.m., in the Walter Theatre in the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts, 315 Third St., De Pere. The event is free and open to the public.

It is a unique opportunity to hear Chittister "spin stories" with Mekuly as part of the Cassandra Voss Center's 2017-18 theme of spinning stories with the StoryCorps

program. Chittister will share her vocational story as a Benedictine nun and spiritual writer. This event is co-sponsored by the Cassandra Voss Center and the Killeen

Chair of Theology and Philosophy.
