What were your first impressions of St. Norbert?

Strangely enough, it was the cafeteria at first — I couldn't find a lot of schools that had such great gluten-free dining options, so that really piqued my interest into St. Norbert. But after my tour, hearing about the small class sizes and having more personal relationships with the professors, my eyes were really opened to all the college had to offer.

And now I can say that's all been true; my capstone class for my Spanish this last semester was only seven students. The professor, Rafael Ramírez Mendoza, was able to really connect one-on-one with each of us. I went to his office multiple times, and we would spend an hour just talking about one of my papers. The entire class would just go to Ed's (coffee shop) together where we had more intimate discussions. The small class sizes were great for enriching discussion and provided the opportunity to really get to know my professors. That led to strong letters of recommendation and just general great advice on what to do after I graduate.
