Graphos Submission Guidelines

• Submit up to five poems, two prose pieces (maximum 2500 words each), and five pieces of black and white artwork.
• Save each submission in a separate .doc, .docx, .rtf, or .jpg file. Do not include your name on the work. Save your file as the title (or part of the title) of your submission.
• Send your submissions via email attachment or shared Google documents to the Graphos advisor, Laurie MacDiarmid. 
• In the body of the email, include the title and genre (prose, poetry, or artwork?) of each piece.

If electronic submission is not possible, submit hardcopies of your work to Laurie MacDiarmid in Boyle Hall, room 325. The previous guidelines still apply.
