All Psychology majors must complete a single three-hour assessment session, during which students complete standardized tests of knowledge of the major field and/or other measures of the intended learning outcomes of the psychology program. The data gathered during the session assists members of the psychology faculty in their efforts to monitor and improve the program. Students should register for the assessment as part of their final semester of coursework at the College. Assessment sessions take place during Finals Week; scheduling occurs 1-2 weeks prior.
