Popular SearchesCourse catalog Music Theory & Performance In this course, students will apply music theory principles from Music Theory I–IV to music that they are currently performing. The study of music from the students' applied lessons or large ensembles will prove to be a challenging and rewarding exploration. Students will be tasked with figuring out what combination of analytical techniques are appropriate for a given piece. At the end of the course, students will present a short lecture recital as their final project. Prerequisite: MUSI 271. Spring semester.
