Business Students Spend J-Term in Mexico

Seven SNC students spent J-Term in Mexico as part of a strategic management learning experience led by Joy Pahl and Alexia Lopes (Business Administration). The course and trip offered an international twist on a capstone course and allowed students to learn alongside students from SNC’s partner college Universidad Panamericana.

Student-Athletes Earn All-America Honors

Carrying on the tradition of athletics excellence, five St. Norbert College student-athletes claimed All-America honors this spring.

Ezra Schermacher ’26 earned his first All-America honor with a sixth-place showing in the heptathlon at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship at Virginia Beach Sports Center.

In women’s track and field, Eden Maranell ’27 finished in 12th place competing in the triple jump at the tournament, earning second-team All-America honors.

Three St. Norbert College men’s hockey skaters also were named to the Division II-III CCM/American Hockey Coaches Association All-America Team, announced by the AHCA: Liam Fraser ’25 and Adam Stacho ’24 were both named first-team All-America selections. Dayton Deics ’26 was named a second-team All-American. It is the first All-America honor for all three.

The SNC men’s hockey program now has 40 first-team AHCA All-America selections, the most for any Division III program. It has had at least one first-team All-America honoree for 25 of the last 26 seasons.
