Business Analysis & Digital Transformation Department

Business Analysis & Digital Transformation department directly supports the division of business and finance’s core function of “optimizing human, financial and physical resources” to deliver “exemplary service in support of the college’s mission.” We achieve this by serving as a trusted partner with the division’s various departments and units in pursuit of continuous improvement opportunities and operational efficiency.

We lead or participate in a variety of process improvement-oriented activities such as business process reviews, process mapping and problem analysis. We seek opportunities to apply information technology solutions that improve the work-life of our staff and enhance the effectiveness of our operations. The use of information technology solutions, guided by the principles of the LEAN methodology, help us deliver “digital transformation” to the campus. We further leverage the power of digital transformation by supporting the expanded use of business intelligence and analytics to provide the college with new insight into day-to-day operations and progress toward strategic goals.
