St. Norbert College

You’ve sent in your deposit, now what?

Before you start packing your bags, there are a few details that need to be taken care of to make sure your transition to St. Norbert College goes smoothly.

If you have questions between now and the start of the school year, please contact the office of admission at admit@snc.edu or 920-403-3005.

Check your applicant status page regularly

Your admitted student portal is where we’ll update you on important details.

Activate your SNC network and email accounts

To activate your account, you’ll need your nine-digit SNC ID number that is included on your emailed checklist. Please contact your admission counselor if you need any help locating it.

  • Navigate to snc.edu/pw and click “Activate a new account.”
  • Enter your nine-digit St. Norbert College ID number.
  • Enter your date of birth (and last four digits of your Social Security Number, if prompted), and select “Submit.”
  • Create a new password that meets the password requirements listed.
  • When you are logging into your email for the first time, you may be prompted to set up single sign-on (SSO) using Okta, SNC's SSO provider, and a smartphone. If you have any questions on this step, contact servicedesk@snc.edu or 920-403-4040. More information is also available from ITS.
* SNC email is hosted by Gmail. If you have a personal Gmail account, you'll need to log out before logging in with your full SNC email address and password.

Apply for housing

St. Norbert College is a residential campus, which means that all students live on campus unless formally released by the office of residential education and housing.

  • To apply for housing or to be released from the housing requirement, go to snc.edu/go/housingapplication.
  • Log in to the housing application using your SNC network username and password.
  • Housing priority is based on the date of deposit.

If you have questions about housing, please call the office of residential education and housing at 920-403-3360.

Register for transfer student orientation

Attendance at the Transfer Student Orientation is expected. Exact times and dates are to be determined.

If you have questions about orientation, please call the center for student engagement at 920-403-4023.

Log into KnightLine

KnightLine is our secure student portal where you’ll access your financial aid offer (starting in early December, or April for returning students), register for classes and check your grades. Log into KnightLine to become familiar with how to use this helpful tool.

To log in, go to snc.edu/knightline and select “KnightLine Login.” Enter your six-letter SNC username and password.

If you experience problems logging into KnightLine, please contact us at admit@snc.edu or 920-403-3005.

Register for classes

Schedule an appointment with your program specific advisor who will help you register for your classes.

Submit your required health forms

Student health is a top priority at SNC. Please submit your health history, immunization records and insurance information prior to orientation. Health forms are available after you’ve registered for classes.

Sign the student payment and disclosure agreement for the student account’s office

You are required to review the Undergraduate Student Payment and Disclosure agreement and sign the form using LaserFiche. If you are a dependent, your parent or guardian will need to sign as well. Be sure to read this and understand the terms! This form must be completed prior to the first day of class.

Upload your photo for your student ID

We want to see your smiling face! You can upload your favorite photo using these instructions for photo submission, or have your photo taken on campus.

Join your "Class of" group on mySNC

We wanted to make a space just for you! Our mySNC “Class of” groups are a great place to connect with others, ask questions and maybe even find a roommate. You automatically have access to your group once you deposit.

Submit your transcripts

Final official high school and college transcripts, from all institutions attended (including grades from the term most recently completed or currently in progress) must be submitted upon completion of your final term at the schools from which you are transferring. Your school(s) can send those directly to the admission office.

To receive college credit for your AP or IB courses, you’ll need to have your official scores sent to us. Contact College Board for AP Scores and IB Org for IB reports.

Services for students with disabilities

If you need accommodations due to a documented disability — of any kind, including academic — complete the disability notification form. Someone from our academic success, support and accessibility office will contact you and help with the rest of the process.
