Esther Quintero Heiser is an adjunct assistant professor of Spanish at St. Norbert College who specializes in international academic collaboration. She participated in the development of the global strategy at DePaul University in Chicago, where she was associate director of global initiatives and an adjunct professor at the College of Communication. She also collaborates with UW-Green Bay.
