DE PERE: The St. Norbert College Wind Ensemble will perform with the North Central College Wind Ensemble from Naperville, Ill., Thursday, April 14 at 7:30 p.m. in the Walter Theatre, Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts. The event is free and open to the public.
