Move-In Information

We’re looking forward to your arrival – and to a great 2024-25 school year!

First-Year

Most new students (first-year and transfer alike) move onto the St. Norbert campus on Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024, from 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Some members of student organizations are required to arrive early. Details for some early arrival groups are below. Early arrival groups will report and move-in based on information sent by the group's leader. If your group is not listed below, follow the instructions provided by your group leader. 

If you are not part of one of the “early arrival” groups, you must first report to Schneider Stadium (via Erickson Way, off Scheuring Road) on Thursday, Aug. 22. Orientation leaders will be there to help direct you to your residence hall when unloading space becomes available.

Thursday, Aug. 22, is also the beginning of St. Norbert College’s official Week of Welcome, designed to help you transition into the college community. Attendance at all programs and activities is required and your first commitment begins at 4 p.m. on Aug. 22. You’ll receive a schedule upon arrival; you can also view it on the First-Year Experience website.  

Early Arrival Move-In

Honors

Bergstrom Hall honors students will move in on Wednesday, Aug. 21. 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Students will report directly to Bergstrom Hall to check-in. A specific check-in time frame will be sent to students.

 

Transfers

Transfer students will move on Thursday, Aug. 22. 8:30-10 a.m. An area coordinator will send an email to transfer students to schedule a check-in time. If you do not receive an email, contact Residential Education and Housing at housing@snc.edu.
