Natalie Farmer joined the College Advancement team in 2022 and then was promoted to the
in September of 2024. She enjoys developing and cultivating relationships with alumni, parents and friends of St. Norbert College.
Prior to St. Norbert College, Natalie graduated from Auburn University in 2021 and moved to Green Bay to start her career as a membership engagement coordinator at Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes. Her passion for higher education started at Auburn University with her role as a volunteer coordinator and research assistant in the Hunger Solutions Institute which resided in the College of Human Sciences.
Originally a Libertyville, IL native, Natalie resides in De Pere with her husband Mitch and enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the upper Midwest, staying active, and baking/cooking.
