St. Norbert College just checked in at #111 on U.S. News & World Report’s top colleges in the country. We’ve moved up nearly 40 spots in ten years. That’s nearly impossible to do – because every other college in the country is trying to do the same thing.
Why the steady rise? Lots of reasons:
Gorgeous campus. Outstanding academics, taught by – and this is key – professors who actually care whether students learn something or not.
Twenty-three varsity teams that just keep winning and winning. Great, state-of-the-art facilities. (How great? A big-time medical school moved into our new science building. How great? The competition pool in our new fitness center has a view of the river. How great? We don’t have one theatre on campus, we have three. Ditto for art galleries. Ditto for places to eat – and we’re ranked fourth in the entire country for our food.)
And …
Ample opportunities to do research with professors, starting practically the minute your student gets here. A community of real nice people, from the student body to the president’s office. A river – but we mentioned that already. About
100 student organizations.
More than 80 programs of study. A couple of buildings on the National Register of Historic Places. Friends to keep for life.
Really generous scholarships. We place our graduates in the best companies and grad schools.
We could go on and on. But we’ll leave you with this:
When you close your eyes and picture what college should be, that picture is going to look a lot like St. Norbert College.
So encourage your student to
apply. And maybe also have them apply somewhere else – you know, just to be safe.
