Nicklas Waroff is a woodwind specialist, composer, musician, artist and educator. He holds a master’s degree in saxophone performance and has played and taught professionally for the past decade in a variety of settings including solo, orchestral, symphonic, jazz, theater, film, pop, rock, funk, blues, experimental, noise, world, and fusion.
Nick’s ensemble and solo experience includes performance and recordings with Nick Shadow, Goldfoot, The Ground, Ritim Egzotik, Hot Club Time Machine, Zombie 47, Toadstool, The Unsettling of Mrs. Potts, Portland Wind Ensemble, The People’s Quartet, Northwest Wind Ensemble, Kip LaVie, Portland Woodshed Jazz Orchestra, Flat World Fusion, Gene's Machine, Champelli Trees, Nothing is Real, Van Meyers, The Ground, Salem Symphony, Enlightened Theatrics, The Grooler Brothers, The Birder Players, Cat Plan and others.
