Dr. Judith Smith, an authority on media ethics, law and regulations, was employed as program director and production specialist for AFN-TV Berlin, West Germany; served as Chief Narrator-TV Division and Broadcast Specialist in the Public Affairs Office and the Public Information Office at Ft. Benning, Georgia.
She has given presentations at conferences around the United States and Canada.
Dr. Smith joined the St. Norbert College faculty in 1997, teaching courses in media communication and serving as faculty chairperson for two years.
