Task Force on Innovation

The Task Force on Innovation will give attention to new cost containment or new revenue generation/enhancement opportunities, as well as the resource reallocation needed to fund them. The group will engage with campus constituents for input, and submit promising strategic recommendations on prioritized initiatives to produce net revenue or contain costs.
