Integrated Planning & Budgeting Advisory Group

The integrated planning and budgeting advisory group (IP&B) is an advisory group created to provide guidance related to college strategic priorities within the budget development framework. The intent is to link planning, budgeting and assessment to improve transparency, enhance accountability and support continuous improvement. A primary focus will be on advancing institutional priorities along with the efficient and effective use of resources for the long-term sustainability of the college. Discussions are intended to promote understanding, foster collaboration and inspire innovation.

The IP&B will advise college leadership on the planning and development of the annual budget and collaboratively identify strategic priorities and ensure their representation in the operating budget in dialogue with representatives from across the campus community.

IP&B meets monthly. All meetings are open to any faculty or staff member who is interested in attending.
