Serving or Selling Food at an On-Campus Event

When Dining Services is contracted to provide the food and beverages for your event, trained personnel ensure that food safety procedures are used in all areas of food handling. When potluck events or fundraising food sales are coordinated by organizations, certain precautions need to be taken to ensure guest and customer safety. Dining Services can provide organizations with valuable food-safety information on preparation and service.
